 ts popular journaling series Tuesdays in May. We're inviting you to find
  your inner zen at our Mindful Journaling class!  Think of it as the ul
 timate mash-up: classic diary vibes meet "doodling in the margins" artis
 try. This isn't just about putting pen to paper\; it's about giving your
  emotions—from wild excitement to total boredom—a safe space to just
 ... exist.\n\n\nAll materials provided (yep\, the journal\, markers\, p
 encils\, stencils\, scrap paper\, and more are on us!).\n\nZero pressure
  to share your entries out loud\, but we'd love to hear from you if the
  spirit moves you!\n\n\nAges 18+ only\, please.\n\nLimited to 15 partic
 ipants\, so spots are going fast!\n\nTo guarantee your spot\, email rach
