 r of The Last Days of Pompeii.  This year’s Summer Reading Program th
 eme is Unearth a Story – Dinosaurs\, Archaeology &amp\; Paleontology.Â
   Our adult events will focus mainly on ancient civilizations\, their cu
 stoms &amp\; historical sites.\n\nWhen Mount Vesuvius literally explode
 d in 79 AD\, the ancient city of Pompei was cancelled from the face o
 f the Earth. 1700 years later the archaeologists brought back Pompei to 
 life. No ancient city has ever been found in such a wonderful state of 
 preservation.\nWe’ll follow Pompei’s citizens for the last few hours
  of life.\nWe’ll shed light on their dreams and fears\, their daily ch
 allenges and loves. A journey through political corruption\, trades\, sl
 avery\, gladiators fights\, graffiti\, incredible wealth and absolute po
