 create delicious meals.  Join us at the Marion Public Library on Tuesda
 y\, August 5th for a cooking demonstration covering recipes for breakfas
 t\, lunch\, dinner &amp\; dessert with small portion sampling.  Partici
 pants limited to 20.\n\nSample 4 different dishes &amp\; take home recip
 es for solo meals.  The main emphasis is on cooking healthy meals for j
 ust one person\, with an eye on small budgets &amp\; healthy options as 
 well.  There is no meat &amp\; limited dairy .  All recipes are gluten
  free and vegetarian*.\n\n*With advance notice they can me made dairy fr
