 read baking? Join us at Chilhowie Library for an evening class that star
 ts at 5:30pm. Kelly Doty of Appalachian Soil &amp\; Soul will explain th
 e process of San Francisco style sourdough and give tips for having the 
 best bread results. The cost is $10 per person to attend. Everyone will 
 get to take home a container of bread starter. Bring your own glass jar 
 from home if you like\, otherwise participants will receive a small plas
 tic cup with starter.\nThis class is open to the public. Everyone is wel
 come.
