Stargazing Night at Chilhowie Library

Weather permitting we will host a stargazing evening on the lawn of Chilhowie Library on Friday, October 9th from 6:00 – 8:00pm. Local astronomy enthusiast, Jessie Ray, will facilitate the evening with multiple telescopes and assist people to view the night sky. Bring your friends, family, and some lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy a relaxing evening at the library.

This event is free and open to the public. Feel free to bring your own telescope if you wish and hangout and discuss the night sky with other folks who are interested in astronomy.
