Fungi-licious Mushroom Cooking Class at Chilhowie Library

Virginia Cooperative Extension agents will be onsite at Chilhowie Public Library, offering a Mushroom Cooking Class on Tuesday, April 7th at 5:30 pm. Folks will have the opportunity to learn about the nutritional benefits of mushrooms and how to best cook them. The cost is $10 per person to attend and registration is required.
