Learn How to Draw Caricatures with Brian Vasilik at Chilhowie Library

For several years we have invited Brian Vasilik to library events to draw caricatures for the community. This year we are offering a unique opportunity to take a drawing class with Brian on Saturday, July 11th. He will be onsite at the library, teaching folks the process of drawing caricatures from 11:00am – 2:00pm.

This program is open to adults as well as youth ages 15 and older. The cost to attend the class is $10 per person. All necessary supplies will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own drawing pad or markers and pens.

This class is being offered as an extension of our “Christmas in July” activities in the SCPL Makery. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and learn how to create a personalized holiday gift for family and friends.
