Join us for free chair yoga classes at Chilhowie Library on Monday, September 30th at 10:00am. All levels of experience are welcome for an hour of gentle stretching with Rowan. Classes will begin at 10:00am and will be followed by a time to mingle and socialize with friends. No registration is required. Call the library at 276-646-3404 for more information.
