Petting Zoo & Pony Rides at Chilhowie Public Library – Summer Reading Kickoff Event

Join us at Chilhowie Public Library on Thursday, June 5th and help kickoff our 2025 summer reading program! We are hosting Little Critters Petting Zoo on the lawn of the library. There will be animals to pet & feed along with pony rides for kids on a first come, first served basis. We will also be giving away free kid’s books and other treats provided by the Friends of Chilhowie Public Library.

Any child 4 years or older accompanied by their parent or guardian can register for a new library card. For questions, call the library at 276-646-3404.
