Sourdough Bread Basics Workshop at Chilhowie Library

Interested in learning more about the process of sourdough bread baking? Join us at Chilhowie Library for an evening class that starts at 5:30pm. Kelly Doty of Appalachian Soil & Soul will explain the process of San Francisco style sourdough and give tips for having the best bread results. The cost is $10 per person to attend. Everyone will get to take home a container of bread starter. Bring your own glass jar from home if you like, otherwise participants will receive a small plastic cup with starter.

This class is open to the public. Everyone is welcome.
