Canning Garden Vegetables Class at Chilhowie Library

In conjunction with the Chilhowie Community Garden, VA Cooperative Extension and Smyth County 4-H, the library will be hosting a food preservation class on Saturday June 29th from 11:00am – 1:00pm. If you would like to learn the fundamentals of canning produce from the garden come out for this class. To register, please call the library at 276-646-3404. The cost is $10 per person. Space is limited and registration is required.
