“Happy Timers” Afternoon at Chilhowie Public Library

We would like to welcome the community to our new “Happy Timers” Afternoon at Chilhowie Public Library!
In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, our first guest speaker will be local historian Randy Smith. He will discuss Native Americans and Early Settlers in the Southwest Virginia area.
