Saltville Library Citizen Science Activities

April is Citizen Science Month!
On April 8th there will be a partial eclipse of the sun. This means that for about 12 minutes, part of the sun will be blocked by the moon. In order to look at the eclipse safely, you MUST wear eclipse glasses. The Saltville Library is giving them away FREE!
Beginning on March 21st the Saltville Library will be offering crafts and activities to learn about space and the eclipse. There will be activities for all ages.
Each person that visits and participates in our in-house activities will receive a FREE pair of eclipse glasses while supplies last! Glasses are limited to one per family.
