Seed Saving Demonstration with Ben Casteel at Chilhowie Library

Join us at Chilhowie Public Library on Tuesday September 6th from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. for a seed saving demonstration by Ben Casteel, Horticulture Instructor at Virginia Highlands Community College. As an addition to the SCPL Heirloom Seed Exchange, Ben will provide a demonstration on the mechanics of seed saving and the program will conclude with a question and answer session. The Seed Exchange will also be open and seed packets will be available for checkout. Please feel free to bring your own plants, seeds, and lots of questions!
