Summer Salads & Sides Cooking Class at Chilhowie Public Library

Join us at Chilhowie Library for some hands-on food fun! Our summer growing season is right around the corner so we will be trying out a few unusual yet amazing summer salads and sides recipes. The registration fee includes instructional handouts, recipes, and of course, lots of taste testing!
The course will be taught by Andrea Wann, FCS Extension Agent, and Sandy Stoneman, Food Safety Extension Agent.
