Beautiful Me Program at Chilhowie Library

Join us at Chilhowie Library on Monday afternoons starting on October 26th at 4:00pm for ~ Beautiful Me ~ a program for tweens, teens, mom’s, and grandma’s. This is a three week program that will be facilitated by Sonja Campbell who is part of the Educational Outreach Division of Sentara Health. It will focus on building self-esteem for young girls and women of all ages.

Beautiful Me is a program for girls and women ages 5 to 105 learn to embrace their unique beauty, build meaningful connections, and develop lasting self-worth, which are vital skills proven to increase social-emotional competencies.
