Trash to Treasure Program with the Upper Tennessee River Roundtable at Chilhowie Library

Join us on Saturday, September 12th at Chilhowie Library from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm for a Trash to Treasure Workshop presented by The Upper Tennessee River Roundtable. Carol Doss will be onsite with fall crafts to make with all ages.
