Library Board to Meet in Saltville

The Smyth County Public Library Board of Trustees will hold its next regular monthly meeting on Thursday, October 23 at 5:30 p.m. at the Saltville Branch Library. The branch library is located at 111 Palmer Avenue. The public is encouraged to attend all meetings of the board of trustees.
