Meeting Room Use Request

I am an authorized representative of the organization named above. I have read and agree to comply with the regulations of the SCPL meeting room policy. I understand that in the event of any damage to the library facility caused by group’s use, my group will be solely responsible for the payment of any damages. Also, I understand I am responsible for making certain that everyone attending the meeting complies with any library policy and that everyone is out of the meeting room 15 minutes prior to the library’s closing time, all materials brought to the meeting room have been removed, the lights and all equipment have been turned off, and the door has been locked by a staff member who has been notified that group is leaving the facility. I agree that no fees may be charged, and no products may be sold. For more information call the Marion location at 276-783-2323 ex. 235.
