KINUSAIGA – The Art of Quiltless Quiliting (Ages 18+)

Discover the elegant craft of Kinusaiga, a modern Japanese technique often called “quilt-less quilting.” Developed in the 1980s, this “no-sew” art form involves tucking fabric scraps into grooved foam boards to create intricate, mosaic-like images. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a total beginner, you’ll leave with a beautiful, textured piece of art that mimics the depth of a painting.

When: Monday, August 31st | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Marion Public Library
Cost: FREE
Who: Ages 18+ (No experience needed!)
