COLOR THEORY FAUX STAINED GLASS WORKSHOP (Adult Summer Reading Program)

For the 2025 Adult Summer Reading Program events, this year’s theme is “Color Our World”.
We invite you to embark on a journey of art & creativity, celebrating the many ways art enriches our lives. Our program is designed to inspire you through weekly color-concentrated events, learning & fun. We’re at Week 4 (the midway point in the Summer Reading Program), so we’re celebrating ALL of the colors of the rainbow with a Color Theory Workshop.
Join us on Thursday, June 26th from 6 to 8pm, upstairs in the Marion library, to learn about Color Theory. Ever wonder why fast food restaurant use red in their logos? Or which color to paint your bedroom to promote restfulness? Join us for a fun night of color knowledge that will help you color your world. We’ll put our theory to the test by making our own faux stained glass.
