Now Hiring: Saltville Library Assistant (Part-time)
The Smyth County Public Library is hiring a part-time library assistant for the Saltville Branch Library. The library assistant provides front-line customer service to library patrons, performs technical library tasks, and supports a wide range of programs delivered by the Branch. The Library assistant works up to 29 hours per week and must be available to work whenever the Branch is open — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Rate of pay will be $14.07 per hour, no more than 29 hours per week.
